Samant Chauhan presents The White Cancas at AMAZON INDIA FASHION WEEK SS’18

It was a bridge between Middle Ages and now, and a time when you had looked up at the sky and could never look away as Da Vinci said. A time of no binding compulsions and a time of overthrowing the status quo. It was the renaissance, the age of knowledge. And then, there were stories.

The light filtered and split by the magnificent broken glass windows I saw in Paris in a chapel on a cold January morning made me wonder about magic and truth, the crossover between the two and the eternal quest for beauty. Everything was chaos. They imagined a world with a prism. They wanted to understand darkness like Da Vinci who said the canvas should be painted dark because everything in the world is dark except when exposed to light. They wanted to tame light, to embolden it.

The writers and painters were tortured with this search for knowledge and yet, there was mystery and there was temptation like Dr. Faustus, immortalized by Goethe and then by the brilliant Christopher Marlowe. In the play of this renaissance era, Dr, Faustus, a man of science and logic, is tempted by Mephistopheles who asks for his soul to enlarge the kingdom of Lucifer. And yet, Mephistopheles had faith. The play defines the eternal dilemmas between faith and science.

Magic eludes us. Science informs us. As a designer, this confusion is my muse. The quest, an inspiration and a thirst for beauty. I seek that bridge between knowledge and magic. In the flowers that we have painted, I have created my own. Because that's what renaissance made you do - create and create boldly.

And then, there was art nouveau or the idea of total art. I saw it everywhere. Outside the Paris metro, on the buildings, etc. It was a liquid style, the flowers melting into ivory backgrounds and it was the art of thankfulness. And then you ask what is magic and logic and all the complexities of life against the simplicity of lines and muted colours of decorative arts. I liked the rebellion of the line and the art movement that dismissed the superiority of the liberal arts. Why does Paris look beautiful? Because it is total art.

This is an ode to the blank canvas, to total art, to free art you can see from the streets and the self-actualization and to all metaphors for life and light ~by ChinkiSinha

JJ Valaya presents collection of classics at Amazon India fashion week SS'18

The show at the FDCI Amazon India Fashion Week, in association with Nexa, is not a Couture or Bridal show, but a celebration marking JJ Valaya’s completion of a quarter of a century in the wonderful world of style and fashion. On this momentous occasion JJ Valaya presents, a line of occasion-wear ensembles based on three of the all-time favorite inspirations; ones that shall now be known as THE CLASSICS OF JJ VALAYA:

 1. GULISTAN: A gentle homage to nature… A line of sinuous silhouettes... signature prints and antique embroideries interpret a personal favorite of JJ Valaya…Flowers.

2. JAMAVAR: A much-celebrated inspiration and a constant fascination, this line works the magic of the Indian paisleys and the intricacies of the Jamavar, motifs in a modern interpretation.

3. PUNJAB: A humble tribute to our roots, this year's interpretation stands inspired by the court dressing of the Maharajas of Kapurthala.

These 3 Valaya staples will hereafter co-exist as perennials along with our seasonal collections, both as Couture and as Occasion wear, albeit, with a new twist year after year.

Tum blast Shot Blasting Machines - Manufacturers, Exporters

In Tumblast, a conveyor belt rotates inwards, inside the chamber of the shot blasting machine & the components are loaded on it as per the size & capacity of the machine. The door is then closed. A rotor is switched on for throwing Shots or Grits on the components. By this process, the loaded components get a universal finish. Abrasive media such as Shots or Grits are continuously fed by the elevator of abrasive media. All the dust extracted in the process goes to the attached dust collector. On completion of the desired time period, the door is opened & then the conveyor belt is driven outwards. As a result, the components can be removed from the chamber. An automatic loading system can also be attached to the shot/grit blasting machine.
The Tumblast shot / grit blasting machines are available in many sizes, right from a 2 cu ft capacity machine to a 15 & 20 cu ft capacity machines. Some of the sizes are: 20" x 27", 20" x 42", 27" x 36", 30" x 43", 36" x 42", 42" x 42" as well 48" x 48".
Similarly, Hanger model Shot blasting machines are available in Single / Double door type, Centralised hanger type as well a monorail type. In this model, the components are hanged instead of loading on the conveyor belt. Rest of the process is same. The hanger rotates for a universal finish using multiple rotors depending upon the requirement. The benefit is that the components do not touch each other in the process of finishing and hence are scratch free.
Swing table model shot blasting machines are suitable for bigger or heavier components or if the smaller parts are to be shot blasted only one side. Many sizes are available from a minimum 36" of the table to 120" of the table in single as well double doors.
Continuous conveyor model shot blasting machines are suitable for smaller components which are to be shot blasted only one side with a single rotor. Multiple sides can be finished by using multiple rotors. Components are fed from one side & removed from the other side duly finished.
The spare parts mostly wearable are made from ni-hard or alloy steel to get the maximum life. The main spare parts include the Rotor, Blades, Spring locks, Cage & Impeller, Cage adapter, center plate, Top segment, Sideliners, Round plates as well the conveyor belt. Few precautions are necessary while running the machine.
The Tumblast model of Shot blasting machine if to be used for finishing of smaller components is best suitable and very cost effective. we can be contacted with details of your components for a suitable size & model of shot blasting machine.
