This app is optimized for iPhone 5. Means the above download was a waste.

Than i proceeded for the Android on my smart phone that was not apple. The first line said that : Google do not permit reward based games on Play Store even if they are free to play. If you have not permitted apps to be downloaded from places other than Google Play, please follow the steps below. If you have, ignore the steps and just press Download.

The first thought that struck my mind was that is it illegal ? is it a lottery based game ? Is it connected to Gambling in any way because even Google do not permit this kind of games on it's network ?

Just tried to check the related regulations. The Lotteries Regulation Act of 1998. There were clauses, clauses & clauses everywhere. But one of the clause clearly mentioned that Where an offence under this Act has been committed by a company, every person non-bailable who at the time the offence was committed was incharge of, and was responsible to, the company offences by for the conduct of the business of the company, as well as the company, shall be deemed to be companies guilty of the offence and shall be liable to be proceeded against and punished accordingly.

Shocking. Don't know what the rules say if the Gaming is Free. Don't know what's the truth behind this Fat Cat Game. But one thing is quite sure that it's just promoting Lottery in India and we, being the proud Indians, proud Indibloggers, can not be a part of it. We in no way can be a part of any such promotional campaign that offers big cash amounts & which is just speculatory in nature.

Therefore, i decided to not the download the app, not to play the game & not to wait for the huge gains offered by the SHM Entertainment ltd. Let them show the official validation of this game from the Government of India under the concerned ministry & only after that we will download this App.
