Kellogg’s Chocos ke saath ‘Khuljaye Bachpan’ !

‘Instructive parents’…..? At the age of Internet, Android, WhatsApp, Twitter …. ? Do you think ….. that’s possible any more ? No Way.  No More.  What they expect from us is, that, we must be the Buddy parents, Interactive parents, Friendly parents ….& that's all.

Gone are the day’s when we were ordered by our parents or grandparents, to do something or to not to do something. Even we used to felt very bad when we were forced to do something….. that was beyond our expectations. Even we felt it bad when we had to move as a puppet, on the orders of our elders. We never liked it at our age, and so, how can we repeat the same process with our kids.

Now’s the time when we must be the Buddy parents with whom, the child can mix up as a friend, could discuss everything, may be good or bad, and in that friendly chat, being the interactive parents, we can make up their mind towards the better, towards the life, towards the target to be achieved, but ……..in a friendly manner.

We must empower, boost their energy levels, to make them compatible with the prevailing system where it’s difficult to get a seat in a good college even after getting 95% marks. We want them to be fearless in this dirty society where even kids are not safe out of the home. And we can never do it by giving instructions. We can teach them, in a much better way, by being the interactive Mom & Dad. We must concentrate on the principles of “khuljae Bachpan” & “Khiljae Bachpan”.

We must have the ‘bonding moments’ with our kids so that, they could get the feeling of our love and affection towards them, that could make them feel more secure and stronger. We must start boosting our kids since the early childhood days and you will definitely get the desired ‘Khushi ke pal’.

I know that while using my Android, whenever, I get some problem, I just pass it on to my daughters and the problem is sorted out in minutes. I can say I am absolutely dependent upon them, at least for maintaining my Android mobile and that’s truly the ‘Khushi ke pal’ for me.

Similarly, when we are out on the vacation, while I capture pictures using my Nikon, she uses her selfie stick to capture the entire world on her mobile. The minute she asks me to fit in the small frame of her mobile, it gives me the desired ‘Khushi ke pal’.

I remember the day when my mom was serious in hospital & in the tension, I could not go to the ATM, she brought her Piggy Bank to me and offered me to take as much as I wanted. That indeed was, one of the best  ‘Khushi ke pal’ for me.

Once, while I was very tired, she (my daughter) opened the packet of Kellogg’s Chocos and started feeding me like a small baby while my wife was making a cup of tea for me. That was, also, one of the best ‘Khushi ke pal’ for me.

There are many such instances that bring a smile on my face and even boost my energy level by consuming Kellogg’s Chocos. Even you can feel the desired ‘Khushi ke pal’, by just opening a packet of Kellogg’s Chocos. You can know more about it from the face Book link  :  https://www.facebook.com/mychocos.

Dabur Honey to stay fit & healthy, even in summers

Now a day’s street food has become the lifeline of Delhiite’s, and that’s what we call crazy eating as Delhiite's are really crazy for a variety of eatables available in every locality. It may be Pizza or Pasta, Idly, Dosa or Utpam, Chole Bhature or Momo’s, a stuffed Aloo Paratha with curd and butter or Samosa and Kachori. It may be Ice cream, Gulab Jamun, Ras Gulla, Ras Malai, Kulfi, Halwa or a big glass of Juice from the juice corners available in every part.

The outcome is the fattest, increase in body weight, High blood pressure or Sugar. Therefore, it becomes necessary to make a regular visit to the area Gym to maintain the body weight and those willing for immediate results, often go for the crash diets for weight reduction which may be very harmful as these crash diets make an adverse impact on the body.

Instead of opting for the crash diets, we must go for the balanced and a healthy diet to stay fit and to be far away from being obese. The benefits are that we will have no urgency to visit a doctor regularly. We will have no urgency to continue with regular medicines. We will have more energy to do the positive thinking and more work to achieve targets of our life.

A simple example of the balanced and a healthy diet is   Honey with natural sugar.  It contains all the essential nutrients such as carbohydrates, minerals, amino acids, proteins as well vitamins. It provides energy without building heat and therefore it’s very much ideal even for summers. It has lesser calories when compare to sugar. It helps in digestion also. It has the moisturizing and nourishing properties and therefore very useful for beautiful skin. Moreover, it’s said by our elders that we can have our complete weight management by having a spoon of honey with warm water in the morning, regularly. It’s very useful even in the cough & cold.

It can very easily be added to our daily diet. We can replace sugar with honey to stay healthy and fit. We can use it in milk, tea or coffee. We can add it in juices instead of sugar. We can have it with bread. We can use it in every product where we are so far using sugar. As it’s much sweeter than sugar, we can reduce its quantity also when compared to sugar. As a result, we can save ourselves, not only from the bad impact of sugar, but at the same time, can remain fit and healthy with this natural sugar.

You can have detailed information about the branded Dabur honey from the Honey Diet  Link that reflects their website, i.e. http://www.daburhoney.com/. It’s safe for human consumption as it has been filtered & processed to remove the impurities such as pollen, wax and dust.

Hang out with Honda Jazz at the Buddh International Circuit, India's Formula One racing arena !

Hang out with the Honda Jazz at the Buddh International Circuit was a great fun. It was a double excitement for all of us as we were invited to drive the new Honda Jazz and that too, at the India’s Formula one racing tracks at BIC.

The biggest product comeback of 2015 looked quite impressive. The features of the new car were explained to us by none other than the V Channel VJ, UD. We came to know that it had a fuel  efficient 1.5-litre i-DTEC diesel engine along with the potent 1.2-litre petrol mill. The new hatch will have the City's 6-speed manual transmission and will be paired with the 1.5-litre i-DTEC diesel.

The fuel efficiency of the Honda Jazz with a diesel engine is said to be 27.3 Km/l where as Honda claims that the petrol CVT delivers 19 Km/l, while mileage claims on the manual are at 18.7 Km/l. Honda has made certain changes in the dimensions of the car which is slightly longer by 55 mm and wheelbase marginally up by 30 mm.

We were offered the two versions of Honda Jazz i.e. the Automatic one & the manual. The combination of Honda Jazz as well the BIC had filled the utmost energy in us. In the meantime, BIC team explained us about the risk factors of the Formula one Track & instructed us with the do’s and don’t. They requested us to follow the guidelines very strictly as they had over 50 cams at various locations to keep an eye on us.

We selected our model  & soon we were driving Honda Jazz at the Formula one Racing arena at the Buddh International circuit at Greater Noida. We had the comfort, space, technology, power, mileage and innovation in our hands. We were almost flying on the tracks at various speed levels to enjoy the ride. It was a great fun. It was amazing.

We had a chat with Mr Katsushi Inoue, President & CEO of Honda Cars India Ltd. Even he was very eager to explain us about the new technology. Please view a small video covering the entire event with Honda Jazz at the Buddh International Circuit.
