CHANDIGARH – THE CITY BEAUTIFUL
The City Beautiful is quite different from any other city. It has been designed in such a way that all the houses in a locality have similar patterns. It gives a beautiful view to a newcomer to the city. Almost every house has a small or big garden with many fruit trees.
The roads are really wider and you rarely find the kind of traffic jam that we regularly face at
The housing pattern is so designed that all the house numbers are in a pattern. If you are a new comer, after reaching the desired locality, you can just keep on driving slowly to reach your destination. The people are connected with each other in a very friendly manner. They celebrate all the festivals together with true spirits. It is very cold there in winters, though summers are not that hot as we face at
The city was planned by the French architect Le Corbusier at the instance of Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru. It is located at the foothills of Shivalik. It has derived the word CHANDI from the Chandi Mandir, a temple of the goddess of power and the word GARH was derived from a fort nearby. So it was named
Even though the city has Industrial areas, but these are strictly reserved for the non polluting & light industries and therefore the city remains almost pollution free always. The population of the city is not even 1 / 20th of our
If you want to see the perfect example of a well designed & a planned city in an urban area, with modern architecture, you must visit the City Beautiful at least once, for a real time experience and I am sure that you would like to have your own dwelling home in this CITY BEAUTIFUL.

SHARE A HUG YAAR !
In this modern world of Social media, we have a
large number of friends on WhatsApp and Facebook. We have a large number of
Followers on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. We chat regularly with them. We
like each others post regularly, but in reality, we never meet, as we don’t
even know them properly. This is the reality of the modern world.
We keep our self busy on our smart phones doing
hi and hello and liking various posts even without understanding the content.
Once I viewed a post on FB where someone had mentioned that one of his close
relatives had expired. The post had many messages saying RIP in different ways,
but surprisingly, that post was liked by a large number of persons, even
without understanding the content of the message.
Even you can try it once. Just post on your FB
that you have some severe medical emergency and want someone to take you to the
hospital. The only reply you will get will be Oh, Ah, Sad, Very bad, but with a
large number of LIKES as something great has happened.
If you call them, your friends or a real friendship or if you feel
proud on those likes, you are no more than a fool, living in a fools paradise. In
this real world, we don’t require the virtual friends. We require the
friendship with real human beings who can understand your feelings and
sentiments.
Yaari and dosti can never be understood in
Facebook likes. Yaari dosti means you can sit together, eat together, laugh
together and enjoy together. Friends are truly the persons who are always
willing to meet you in person. They are ready to help you, in case of any
emergency and they are always ready to SHARE A HUG, whatever the circumstances
may be.
So, it will be a better option for all of us
that in spite of having a large number of virtual friends, we must have at least
a few real & true friends who can join us personally to celebrate responsibility by a true
Yarii & true dosti because a real hug from a close friend gives a real
boost to the sentiments, emotions as well sensibility.

Latest technology of 4G powered by Octacore !
Twenty years ago I had purchased my first mobile handset,
with no internet & with no camera at all. My second one was a small 2 inches by 5
inches Samsung mobile with one inch screen with internet and a 1.2 MP
camera. When I could open Google on it, it looked amazing to me and I rushed to
show it to my parents. Speed at that time was amazing 128 kbps and that looked
great to me as I could open my mail box over it and could click pictures also.
The speed of internet connection on my Desktop at that time was 256 kbps with
500 MB monthly.
Technology changed and then came the big
touch screen phones with massive screens, and I purchased one with a 5 MP
camera in it along with FB and many other features. It was really awesome to
find FB on your mobile with great 2G / 3G connectivity. The speed of internet
on my desktop at that time was 1 MBPS with 5 GB monthly.
Technology changed again and it was the whatsApp era now on
the smartphones with 3G. So bought
the Android mobile with big 5
inches of screen, 13 MP Camera and a lot more features that included rear
& front camera making everyone a Selfie Master.
But Soon it changed to the Broadband. The speed of the Internet
now on my Desktop was 10 MBPS with 40 GB monthly with a WiFi Router connecting
many devices. Now my handset has been always open for one of my E mail accounts,
FB, Twitter, WhatsApp and so on.
It also created a big problem because when you are out of
the range of your wifi connectivity, the 3G Data card looked so obsolete, so
slow that you can’t work smoothly while on the go.
And than came the
era of 4G i.e. internet on the go. It offered the high speed internet
connectivity while moving from one place to another or while away from your
WiFi. It works better on a mobile suitable for a 4G sim powered by Octacore. So i have now taken a 4G mobile with a 4G Sim for smooth working, anywhere, anytime. Thanks to the new technology.

Hang out with Honda Jazz at the Buddh International Circuit, India's Formula One racing arena !
Hang out with the Honda Jazz at the Buddh International Circuit was a great fun. It was a double excitement for all of us as we were invited to drive the new Honda Jazz and that too, at the
The biggest product comeback of 2015 looked quite
impressive. The features of the new car were explained to us by none other than the V Channel VJ, UD. We came to know that it had a fuel efficient 1.5-litre i-DTEC diesel engine along
with the potent 1.2-litre petrol mill. The new hatch will have the City's
6-speed manual transmission and will be paired with the 1.5-litre i-DTEC
diesel.
The fuel efficiency of the Honda Jazz with a diesel engine is said to be 27.3 Km/l where as Honda claims that the petrol CVT delivers 19 Km/l, while mileage claims on the manual are at 18.7 Km/l. Honda has made certain changes in the dimensions of the car which is slightly longer by
We were offered the two versions of Honda Jazz
i.e. the Automatic one & the manual. The combination of Honda Jazz as well
the BIC had filled the utmost energy in us. In the meantime, BIC team explained
us about the risk factors of the Formula one Track & instructed us with the do’s and don’t. They requested us to follow the guidelines very strictly as
they had over 50 cams at various locations to keep an eye on us.
We selected our model & soon we were driving Honda Jazz at the Formula one Racing arena at the Buddh International circuit at Greater Noida. We had the comfort, space, technology, power, mileage and innovation in our hands. We were almost flying on the tracks at various speed levels to enjoy the ride. It was a great fun. It was amazing.
We had a chat with Mr Katsushi Inoue,
President & CEO of Honda Cars India Ltd. Even he was very eager to explain
us about the new technology. Please view a small video covering the entire
event with Honda Jazz at the Buddh International Circuit.
